1. Orders & Sales Policy

• All Sales Are Final:
  Due to the custom and handmade nature of our pieces, all purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

• Shipping Policy:
  We currently only ship within the United States.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $100.

  • For large or custom orders, please contact Craig directly to discuss shipping, delivery, or pickup arrangements.

2. Product Details & Availability

Each item is handcrafted and unique. Wood grain, finish, and color may vary slightly from images on the site. We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time without notice.

 

3. Payments

We currently accept Venmo and direct bank transfers only.
Instructions for payment will be provided via email after your order is placed. Please ensure payment is completed in full before your order is confirmed and produced. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
